Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Kingsley Veterinary Hospital is closely monitoring the developing situation with COVID-19. We are following the updated reports and advice from the Australian Dept of Health.
The health and welfare of our patients, clients and veterinary staff are of paramount importance to us. We will aim to provide the highest standard of care possible and we will always be available for advice.
What are we doing at our hospital
We are now back to doing face to face consultations, so clients are now allowed in the practice and consult rooms.
What we ask from our clients is that they maintain social distance from staff and other clients where possible and only one client enters the consult rooms (Unless invited otherwise-Exceptions made for certain consultations such as Euthanasia). We have hand sanitizer for your use and our staff is cleaning/sanitizing their hands and shared equipment such as the Eftpos machine. We would prefer non-cash methods of payments at this time.
If anyone in your family is unwell we ask that you delay your appointment if possible (If non urgent), find a healthy individual to bring in or inform our staff so appropriate protective equipment can be worn.
As we go back to normal there is a little backlog on surgical appointments and we are booking a week or two ahead at the moment. Please be patient with our staff as we will endeavor to accommodate your needs but priority will be given to urgent/painful cases.
Puppy class is back on the schedule but to take pressure of our staff and provide a high level of service we are now using https://puppyassociates.com.au/classes who are professional Dog trainers. They will be doing the class at the clinic so the puppies still get the positive play experience at the clinic. Give them a call to secure a place in the roster of classes.
Our online booking system will be suspended temporarily so please call us to make an appointment (This should be resuming in the next couple of weeks)
